You may have noticed the new ‘parent letters’ icon on the left side of our web-page.  We will try to upload all new parent letters here – so if you lose a letter you should be able to get a copy.

Chief Scout honors list updated

Hi, we’ve updated the Chief Scout award honors list to add in some of the children he acheived these sort after awards towards the end of 2012.

Well done to our cubs at the Maureen Preston District Competition

Really proud of our cubs today as the two teams came 3rd and 6th in the District Maureen Preston competition. Well done to: Daniel, William, Jessica, Ayesha, William, James, Keiran, Andrew and Joseph and thanks to the leaders / section helpers on the day: Kate, Greg and Karen and of course the district team.

A big ‘Thank You’ to all who cameto the churches Harvrest Festival. It was a great showing and really appreciated by church members. Paul Leeper – Gone Home

It is with great sadness that I write to let you know that Paul Leeper lost his battle with cancer this week. Paul has been a leading light in Romford District Scouts for longer than most of us can remember and his guiding hand and words of wisdom will be sorely missed by old and

100 from 21st Romford greet the Olympic Torch

A real big Thank-you to the c.100 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Leaders, Young Leaders and Parent Helpers who joined us to help support the Olympic Torch Relay today.
